Working in Stores

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do as we aim to serve local shoppers a little better every day. Being a big part of our local communities, our colleagues in store play a pivotal role in this, really helping to bring this to life.

As a store colleague it’s your chance to put your abilities to the test, showing that local shoppers matter by doing your bit with the friendly, flexible approach needed to make a difference to our customers and local community.

Working in Distribution

Becoming a Warehouse Operative or Team Manager gives you a crucial and very active role in our distribution operation. We depend on our Distribution Centre colleagues to keep our stores supplied with the right stock at the right time. The work’s got to be done fast, accurately and safely, so if you love teamwork it’s an exciting challenge and a great place to get on and make a difference.

To succeed as a distribution team member, you’ll be someone who can put people at the heart of everything you do, building relationships with your team and acting quickly to help our customers. This is a hands-on job for people who enjoy tackling big challenges as part of a team, who like to stay active and who love to see their work make a visible difference.
