Customer Assistant- Phone Shop

It's important for our team to get to know our customers and to take time to understand their needs and requirements. This helps us make sure that our customers find what’s right for them, so that they keep coming back. We take pride in the level of service our colleagues give so we invest in training to make sure that our customers experience great customer service every time.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. Working in one of our Phone Shops, you will be the face of Tesco, so it's important that you have a friendly and flexible approach, and are motivated to make a real difference to our customers' shopping experience.

You’ll be someone who gets on with people and works well in a team, whilst being ready to roll up your sleeves and do what’s needed to give our customers great service. You will also have a keen interest in technology, and be able to talk knowledgeably about our products and services.
