Our Poland hub is home to teams working across a range of significant far-reaching programmes which directly contribute to enhancing the experience for millions of customers across the group. Using a modern technology stack, they largely work autonomously with end to end responsibilities, in an environment where there is an opportunity to make real changes to the way in which the business operates.
Teams refine their internal processes to best fit their own needs, working to build core capabilities in application and services. We collaborate across teams to build end-to-end customer-facing solutions, as well as to share knowledge, experience, tools and techniques. To enable our teams to continually learn and develop within their chosen area, every colleague has access to a wide range of learning and development resources – including certified technical training and learning platforms like Udemy and Pluralsight.
