About the role

Manage and drive the trading and content plan delivery and performance across GHS,  to deliver a clear customer journey and drive online sales. 

You will be responsible for

  • Manage the planning and execution of the GHS trading plan for commercial trade priorities, events,  inspirational content and new commercial initiatives across content placements onsite.
  • Responsible for the weekly and daily reporting of content performance. Ensuring we are acting with agility based on analysis of web metrics (CTR, sales,basket size,IPO, AIP),  internal and external marketing activity, business commercial changes and external factors (eg, weather, customer moments).
  • Work alongside Lead Trading and Content Managers to define and drive the online operations strategy to achieve online sales and profit objectives, whilst preserving and building customer satisfaction. 
  • Build collaborative relationships with digital product and  technology teams, working to drive capability improvements for trade delivery onsite and through the content management system, feeding A/B testing results into future planning.
  • Work alongside Trade Optimisation team to drive and deliver transformative initiatives and commercial projects.
  • Pro-actively seek and own new or improved trading opportunities through all onsite and offsite tools.
  • Manage dunnhumby relationship for trade media and to help drive partner media revenue.
  • Attend key Online, Commercial and Customer meetings to represent trading content stream, reporting on content performance, contributing to omni-channel planning, and signing off online plans. 
  • Manage and develop direct report.

- Experience in a commercial environment
- Experience in a customer facing role
