About the role

This exciting Change Manager role will be responsible for implementing the outcomes of the People Transformation Programme in our stores.  You will own and deliver all change management activities and apply structured change methodology.

We are looking for someone who has experience in delivering large scale change programmes and excellent stakeholder management skills.

You will be responsible for

Owning and delivering all change management activities for channel and/or format, applying a structured change methodology.

Creating and managing implementation plans, including stakeholder analysis and management, learning needs, and change impact assessments.

Translating change impacts in to relevant comms and engagement for specified environments.

Developing and articulating high quality and simple content for communications

Working with other streams across the programme to ensure that timelines are aligned and assessing readiness for implementation.

Developing a clear engagement plan to land the change, ensuring that we engage by honest and transparent communication

Evaluating and measuring the success of change management activities and associated reporting. 

Management of risks and issues and development of agreed mitigation plans

Applying frameworks and methodologies to design, develop and deliver change programmes

Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence

Developing and leading a high performing team, giving them the opportunities to be their best

You will need

  • Experience delivering large scale change programmes.
  • Project Management.
  • Experience working in your Channel.
  • Technical/Systems knowledge beneficial.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent project planning, communication and execution. 
  • Experience of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across all business grades. 
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way.
