We want you to understand the business inside out, we need you to live and embed our values and build great relationships with the amazing people across our business.
Assist in the development of the space strategy across the business and engage all key stakeholders
Own and manage the range review calendar and ensure timely delivery
Responsible for the business adhoc calendar and ensure that it is fit for purpose for our stores
Own the space change process ensuring its controlled and manged end to end
Accountable for all ranging requirements in the business including promotional ranging
Manage franchise ranging and space requirements through the team
Assist in the development of new equipment with our customer team and design team
You will input into the development of store formats and layouts
Work closely with our customer team to use insight to drive decisions
Liaise with the Customer strategy manager to ensure all decisions are customer first
Your team provides the business with analytical data to ensure layout and display are fit for purpose
Support business projects and input where needed
You will manage systems and supplier relationships that relate to them
You will understand how our offer compares to our key competitors and carry out regular competitor visits
Manage a large team including a remote function based in India
You will be seen as the source of insight in the business for the categories and space.
Manage a team, ensuring they progress in their roles and feel supported, along with clear objectives and PDPs
•High standard of written and verbal communication skills
•Eye for detail and excellent grammatical skills
•Ability to analyse, report data and interpret data
•Fully PC literate across all Microsoft applications
•Results driven with excellent planning and organising skills
•Confident and resilient & able to challenge where required
•Strong people engagement and stakeholder management skills
