Senior Business Performance Analytics Manager

This role provides the clarity and focus required to ensure that at all times there is an integrated point of view on the performance of the Online Business and supports the development of a range of profit/sales enhancing opportunities

• Developing powerful models, processes and systems to understand and integrate multiple sources of data and analyses into views that describe and explain the performance of the Online Business and its P&L, working with various teams, including but not limited to Finance, Insights, Analytics and external sources
• Creating compelling representations and visualisations to communicate the integrated performance of the Online Business
• Becoming the authoritative, go-to person to help navigate Online Business performance and how the key success measures for the Online Business and initiatives are performing, how they interact with each other and financial metrics and how to interpret trends
• Supporting the regular Online Business performance conversations with the Online Leadership Team and Extended Online Leadership Team, being recognised for providing compelling hypotheses to explain performance and as a source of imaginative options to drive performance
• Ensure key operational report and processes (e.g. Customer Shopping trip, Business Reviews, etc.) are delivered as efficiently as possible and support the end users appropriately
• Leading a team of analysts, having great development conversations to support a team delivering work to a high standard. 

• Experience with analytics, comfort with using data to drive and inform business choices. 
• SQL knowledge preferable.
