In Europe we operate in Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia, offering great value to our customers every day. Our Operations in Hungary has been serving shoppers since 1995.
To standardize processes, reduce cost to serve, enable agility in the business and empower colleagues to do even more for our customers, we have set up a dedicated team called Tesco Business Services across our markets. In 2004 we established our first centre in Bengaluru, India.
The Budapest centre provides dedicated support for colleagues and customers in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia markets.
Based in our Vaci út office this multi-functional and specialist team will drive operational excellence of services, improve scale for our systems and processes globally and create business leading capabilities.
What’s in it for you
Tesco is a diverse and exciting employer, dedicated to being #aplacetogeton, providing career defining opportunities to all of our colleagues. If you chose to join our business, we will provide you with:
If that sounds exciting, then we'd love to hear from you!
Tesco is one of Europe’s largest retailers and accepts over 2.5 billion customer payments per year.
Our product vision is to make payments a reason to shop more of Tesco, more often. We offer payment services that are helpful, efficient, safe and rewarding. Our team enables customer payment innovation across a single, global, omnichannel retail platform that is unique to Tesco.
As Product Manager for our Payment History product, you will drive the product strategy, roadmap, execution and optimisation of capabilities that enable teams to answer ‘what happened to this payment?’
Your mission is to give teams end-to-end visibility of customer payments and the ability to self-service and enquire after any specific payment. You will work across the organisation to drive engagement with our tooling, increase payment reconciliation accuracy and improve our customer service levels.
You will work as part of the Payments team in Tesco Technology, a cross functional Agile product development team of engineers, technology product managers and programme managers. We are based in office locations in the United Kingdom (London and Welwyn Garden City), India (Bengaluru) and Hungary (Budapest). We are responsible for payment experience and processing for all Tesco markets globally.
Work locally, think globally!
