Job Description

Product managers at TESCO Technology are passionate about solving problems. They take accountability for complex and company strategic products; and are empowered to drive the product strategy; the roadmap and the outcomes. Driven by curiosity and innovation; coupled with strong partnership with Business; Engineering and Data Science teams; our product managers create value for our Customers and Colleagues globally.
Product Manager for Oracle Fusion Finance Modules:
1. Implementation experience of Fusion Finance with 10 – 12 years of work experience.
2. Must be well versed with GL; AP; AR and Tax.
3. Must have managed Oracle quarterly release cycle and should be able to handle impact assessments; prioritization; stakeholder communication and delivery of the new features across all the Fusion modules.
4. Must have worked on Fusion Tax module; should be aware of R12 tax capabilties.
5. Should have worked in a techno-functional role in atleast 2 end to end implementations.
6. Must have worked as per agile methodology.
7. Excellent assertive; communication and leadership skills.
8. Should be able to work well with the stakeholders; collaborate and take the teams along.
9. Willingness to learn and passion to make a difference/ lead a change.
10. Should be aware how a vision statement is created for technologies and how strategies are aligned to achieve the defined vision.
11. Should have created technology roadmaps and strategies.
