About the role

Leading a regional Quality team as well as build and deliver the QA strategy. Your job is to ensure that the very best quality product reaches our customers, by building capability, consistency and innovation across a broad team.

This role covers the Eastern Region, which includes the following depots: Peterborough, Dagenham and Snodland.

You will be responsible for

  • Managing & mentoring a geographically diverse team of c.10+ people across multiple sites to deliver their role & department KPI's, with quality at the heart of everything we do.
  • Developing capability & leading a hard working team, supporting & giving them the opportunities to be their best.
  • Managing the People routines and processes for the team
  • Working closely with peripheral divisions to identify and build cross divisional plans to drive quality end to end
  • Creating and delivering the Quality Assessment strategy, ensuring it is used to drive continuous improvements in product quality
  • Translating the Quality Assessment strategy into the operating model & ensuring it’s effective delivery through consistent approach & correct working practices.
  • Identifying innovation opportunities and converting them into change programmes across all Quality Assessment teams.
  • Building great relationships with all 'end to end' stakeholders, ensuring quality improvement efficiency.
  • Following our Business Code of Conduct & always acting with integrity and due diligence.
