About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our team! You will use your business partnering skills to ensure accurate forecasting, detailed reporting and insightful analysis. You will be responsible for the cash flow reporting for the UK/ROI (inc. Booker and One Stop).
You will be responsible for
- Providing both in depth and summarised performance updates on UK/ROI cash flow performance, with audiences ranging from PLC Board meetings to functional business updates
- Owning the UK Core non-trade working capital performance, leading through functional teams to ensure success
- Running the UK/ROI planning cycles for cash, including Long Term Plans, annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Step changing the reporting suite within cash, ensuring alignment with both UK and Group finance teams, whilst promoting harmonisation across all UK/ROI business units
- Maintaining relationships with all relevant stakeholders, including Financial Control, Group Treasury, and cash leads in each of the UK businesses
- Increasing the awareness and accountability of cash flow performance within both finance and business teams
- Helping raise the profile, potential and performance of the wider cash team, including graduate and TBS colleagues
- Working alongside Finance Change to deliver improved tools for reporting and forecasting end to end free cash flow
You will need
- Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Finance experience in driving reporting and forecasting improvements at scale
- Experience of engaging and working with senior business stakeholders
- Highly evolved financial analysis skills
