About the role

As an Online Campaign Manager for Tesco, you will be responsible for delivering multi-channel campaigns through effective and engaging communications to improve consideration and usage of Tesco Grocery Home Shopping (GHS).

The Hiring Manager for this vacancy is Catherine Grogan

You will be responsible for

  • End-to-end campaign management with large-scale budgets, focussed on improving customer acquisition and bringing Grocery Home Shopping (GHS) to life in compelling comms across all touch points 
  • Writing and delivering single-minded and inspiring briefs to internal teams and agencies 
  • Assessing, feeding back on, and developing strategic and creative approach for each campaign as well as always-on activity
  • Presenting to and securing approval from senior stakeholders across the business 
  • Collaborating with Media Planning team to create integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels 
  • Working closely with Brand and Proposition teams to plan comms, writing briefs, and translating business challenges/opportunities into comms
  • Partnering with Insight team to ensure briefs have clear objectives, test creative and drive effectiveness 
  • Forecasting, managing, and tracking campaign and always-on budgets, always looking for ways to save
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for campaign innovation and driving continuous improvements to processes to make things simpler for your team, stakeholders, and agencies
  • Staying up to date with campaign and retail industry news to keep us on the front foot
