About the role

Job Summary:

This role would suit someone who has previous experience in a digital/marketing role working agency or client side. You will be supporting the Paid Search Managers across brand and performance campaigns, a great opportunity for learning and development at an exciting time for the business and industry.

You will be responsible for

 

  •  Making best use of data to support and target campaigns, delivering most relevant messages to customers. 
  • Share campaign briefs to external agencies and partners 
  • Build and present campaign response to briefs with our media agency that meets customer and business priorities. 
  • Managing the end-to-end campaign process to deliver a campaign on time, on target and to budget. 
  • Setting KPIs against business objectives and briefs, and reporting on delivery of results.
  • Using analytic and measurement tools to build reports for stakeholders 
  • Sharing campaign feedback, communicate what worked and what did not work for future learning. 
  • Using results data and hypothesis testing to continually optimise campaigns and inform new plans. 
  • Supporting on projects to help inform the wider programmatic strategy. 
  • Compiling the Monthly Performance Marketing summary document

You will need

Abilities

  • Deliver inspiring briefs and feedback (Skilled)
  • Develop impactful omnichannel comms (Skilled)
  • Turn data into actionable insight (Understand)
  • Develop a consistent brand expression (Understand)
  • Customer Basic Skills
  • Ability to set KPIs and assess performance

Experience

  • Previous experience in a digital/marketing role working agency or client side.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
