Sample & Image Co-Ordinator (Part-Time)

We are delighted to share that we are recruiting for a part time F&F Image Coordinator & Re-Toucher.

This is a key role within the F&F Marketing team working to deliver our photography used across all F&F channels. 

The role would suit someone who has strong photographic skills, knowledge on how to use a camera and photography principles. We would also require the successful candidate to have proven experience using Photoshop, InDesign and Lightroom.

• Styling and shooting cut out photography, using our in-house studio 
• Retouching in-house cut outs 
• Creating and managing shoot sheets (Mens)
• Filing finalised cut outs into relevant folders and sending link to Marketing team by phase deadline date
• Quality Checking finished cut outs & filing 
• Supporting with packing/ unpacking for shoots where support is needed
• Support with carnet where needed
• Buying teams communication 
• Upkeep and organisation of studio with support from the whole team
• Comp shops bi-weekly 
• Sample returns- Team
• Sample management- Team
• Shoot sheet admin

• Photographic skills, knowledge on how to use a camera and photography principles
• Able to use photoshop, InDesign and lightroom
• You have great time management and organisational skills
• To work flexibly to meet the needs of the business
