The hard work we put into supporting and developing our staff is only half the reason so many people stay with us throughout their careers.
The other half is the care with which we choose people in the first place. We try to use the best recruitment process for each role.
Customer assistants (in stores & distribution centres)
For a customer assistant job in one of our stores or work as a picker in one of our distribution centres, we ask you to visit the store or centre in person and talk to the people there.

If you know of a store near you then the final link below will direct you to a page where you can download our application form to complete and take in with you (although you will need to contact the store directly to enquire about opportunities):

If you go on to the interview stage, we'll invite you to our management assessment centre in Central London - and of course, we'll cover your travel expenses.
