Our vision:

  • Our plans are tailored to support women to develop personally and professionally.
  • We listen to our colleagues and share their stories to inspire others. The network consults on policies and processes which impact us all.
  • We champion and raise awareness of Women's health, tackling taboo subjects and making us all more comfortable talking and sharing our experiences.
  • Collectively everyone everywhere can strive for women's equality. Gender equality is not solely a women's issue, all colleagues can play a role in achieving greater female representation. We welcome everyone, females, males and non-binary colleagues who want to inspire positive change, achieving gender equality.

 

Our Objectives:

  • Improving intersectionality and network collaboration, to utilise the power of the networks and increase allyship.
  • Driving Female representation by motivating and inspiring through our plans.
  • Growing network visibility to achieve the maximum impact.

Our Women’s Development Programme – empowering our future leaders

We want to motivate and inspire everyone to fulfil their potential at Tesco. And were committed to achieving gender equality, and creating a workplace where women have the role models, development, and opportunities to help them progress. So, we’ve developed the Women’s Development Programme, where womennominated by their managers – will get tools, visibility, and support to help drive their career forward.
