Customer Fulfilment Centre Manager

As a Customer Fulfilment Centre Manager you’ll be at the centre of a world-class operation, playing a big part in a business that has built its reputation on putting customers first. This is a high-profile role, with hundreds of colleagues and managers looking to you to make sure everyone is fired up, focused and pulling in the same direction. You’ll be surrounded by a team of colleagues who care about each other, share your passion for quality service, and are hungry to continuously improve the operation. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with great people skills, the right volume of retail experience, and an understanding of the continuous improvement principles needed to meet challenging targets of efficiency and profitability.

Customer Fulfilment Manager

Becoming a manager in a Tesco CFC gives you a leading role in the newest part of our retail operation. Our CFC's are large, fast-paced and fast-growing, with more than 72,000 orders to pick and deliver each week. It’s an exciting chance to put your skills, experience and instincts to the test: creating a great place to work for colleagues, finding ways to improve the quality of our operation, and making a real difference to customer experience.

You’ll be a role model, creating a safe environment for colleagues to get on by getting better at what they do. You'll encourage people to get stuck in to community projects together; and help to grow your team, spotting talent, making sure everyone is trained, and supporting them with regular, informal performance conversations.

We’ll look to you to focus on safety and customer experience, care about colleagues, improve the quality of what we deliver and find ways to reduce costs. You’ll need to apply continuous improvement principles in order to meet challenging targets of efficiency and profitability.

This role is what management should be: leading your colleagues and creating a great place to work in order to deliver iconic service to our customers.
