This role is all about motivating a large team to deliver complex tasks. So you'll be ambitious and driven to get on by delivering fantastic service.

Lead/Team Manager

You’ll play a driving role in making what matters better – for our customers, colleagues and our communities. It’s a chance to put your skills, experience and instincts to the test: chasing opportunities, finding better ways of working, acting as a role model for your team, and getting things just right for our customers.

Shift Leader

As a Shift Leader, no two days will be the same. It’s a fast paced environment where you will constantly use your decision-making, planning and organisation skills. In taking ownership of the store by running duty shifts, you will get a greater understanding of the skills needed to be a retailer.
